In a recent blog, we shared insights on the type of legal advice you should seek when starting a business, but that advice doesn’t end when the business entity is legally established and all prudent agreements are in order. The attorneys at Skeeters, Bennett, Wilson & Humphrey are experienced in all matters of business law and provide ongoing legal advice for numerous clients. Our history of success makes our firm a trusted resource in the community.

Our Client Had a Planning & Zoning Issue

In fact, recently, we successfully represented a local business on a planning and zoning matter. The Elizabethtown City Council voted 3-1 to rezone around ten acres owned by our client from Residential-3 to Residential-6. The vote paves the way for a local contractor to develop a residential storage complex on the property. Of particular benefit in this case was our experience in municipal law, which helped us navigate the planning and zoning process quickly and effectively for our client.

And because we’re local, when it comes to cases in Hardin, Meade, and the surrounding counties, we understand local processes and procedures, which allows us to bring tremendous value to our clients.

This is just one example of the many local business clients to whom we provide legal support every day. Our team is pleased to add yet another case to our list of successes.
